Our courses are accredited and accepted nationwide by thousands of medical/healthcare employers. All of our content has been reviewed and approved by a number of credible third-party accrediting agencies as well as our Clinical Program Director, Medical Board of Advisors, and Medical Director.
Hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals successfully maintain their certifications through our programs as they are all built on the latest guidelines and provide the evidence-based training required by current Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards. Our programs are approved to provide CME/CE/CEU credits in joint providership with the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM). They are based on the latest emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) guidelines and standards published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). We are also accredited through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and the American Medical Association (AMA).
Our courses are created following the same guidelines and standards used by the AHA as set forth by ILCOR and the ECC. Although there are no major differences in the formation of the courses or the material covered, some employers do prefer the AHA brand. The AHA is not an accrediting body so they cannot approve, accredit, or certify courses offered by other companies. Our certification cards do not include any AHA branding (name, logo, etc).
