Can I Retake the Exam if I Fail?Updated a year ago
You are given 10 attempts for the final exam and must receive an 80% or higher to pass. Most of our learners complete the exam within an hour, but there is no time limit so be sure to take your time to read the questions and answers carefully. The exam is composed of 25 to 50 questions based on the course.
Once completed you can review your answers before submitting the exam, and if you don't pass you can also view the feedback for each of the incorrect questions after your exam has been submitted. If you need a break at any point you're welcome to exit the platform and your answers will be saved for you when you return.
NOTE: You will be offered the ability to "take the quiz again" regardless of whether you receive a passing or failing score. Your highest score will be kept. Simply scroll through the exam review and click the Next button in the bottom right corner after you pass the exam to move forward.
How do I start my retake?
Upon submitting your exam, and receiving your score you'll look just below your exam statistics to click the orange "Take the Quiz Again" button. You can also look to the right of your computer screen for the text option to click "Take the Quiz Again". Your highest score will be kept. See the screenshot below for where to find those options:
