Once your ticket is received our Support Team will immediately get to work!  We're proud to say that 98% of our response time is typically less than an hour (during business hours) and sometimes even sooner!  If you don't see our response please check your spam folders, as it may have landed there.

If you reach out after hours (during the weekend/holidays/etc), we will respond as soon as possible the following business day.


Do you offer weekend support?

We currently work Monday through Friday 8am-7pm CST, and take the weekend off, as well as all major holidays.  However, we understand that medical professionals work around the clock, not just 8-7, so our Support Manager regularly checks our Support Queue after hours and does his best to respond to all urgent inquiries as quickly as possible in the order they are received.


Multiple calls, emails, voicemails, and/or form submissions will create duplicate tickets and often delay our ability to provide support.  Your patience is greatly appreciated as we value your time and will do our best to respond as quickly as possible (usually in less than one hour).
