After your onboarding is complete you should have received an email invitation from [email protected]. Once you have accepted the invite and created/logged into your account you will be able to start inviting people to your group and sharing your recently purchased courses (via vouchers). If you don’t see your invitation email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as our emails often end up there. You can add [email protected] to your Contacts or mark our email as "Not Spam" to ensure our messages will go to your inbox.
After signing into your administrator account (ACLS Login) you will click your group name where you will then be able to view the current members of the group, any pending invitations (at the bottom of the page), the enrollments in progress, and the completed courses along with the certification card. You can view the number of vouchers you have available by clicking "Vouchers" in the top right corner.
You can click "Invite Members" to send invitations along with the voucher to your staff. Multiple invites can be sent via emails separated by a single space.
