We recently launched brand new courses and we try our best to catch every error or incorrect clinical information, but unfortunately, an error may be missed on occasion. We take all error reports very seriously.
In order to accurately address the particular exam question/answer or section in the course with the suspected error, we will need to know exactly where to look. Please send an email to [email protected] and provide the course name and a screenshot of the potential error, or copy and paste the question/answer into your email.
Our exams contain around 200 questions total in order to randomize the attempts so the exact text is vital in correcting the mistake. Unfortunately, identifiers such as "question 20 in the exam" do not provide the information necessary to review the material.
Furthermore, feel free to provide your professional understanding & explanation of the particular question/section as well.
Upon receipt of this information, we will present the reported error to our Content Director and Clinical Program Director who will reach out to the Medical Advisory Board and Medical Director (if necessary) so they can review the material and get it updated, if needed. The review process may take 7-14 business days to complete. You will be notified via email if your score is updated. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
If you failed the exam due to the reported error, you'll want to attempt again while our team completes the review process.
If you failed all 10 attempts on your exam as a result of the reported error let us know and we will have our Clinical Program Director reach out to complete the remediation process. All ten attempts must be completed to qualify for a remediation. Your information and request will be escalated as soon as it's received. The remediation process may take 5-10 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These processes have been set in place by our Clinical Program Director, Medical Director, Content Director, and Medical Advisory Board. Our Support Team does not include medical professionals so we are unable to provide any clinical/medical explanations for our exams or courses. The entire review process may take 7-14 business days.
