If you notify our Support Team within a few days after selecting "No" then we can update your account. However, after some time has passed, we are not able to make that change and you will need to retake the course (free of charge) in order to complete the skills evaluation.
If needed, the issue date on your card will be updated once the evaluation is done to the date that your skills portion was verified and internally audited.

The skills evaluation course, including all forms, instructions, and verification steps, is only meant to assist you with the process. To complete this step, you must find a qualified instructor to conduct the evaluation. We recommend sharing the evaluator instructions from your skills course with your instructor for a seamless process.
