New Platform Transition (FAQ's)Updated 2 years ago

We have great news to share! We are in the process of transitioning our current platform to a better, faster, and improved platform with updated courses!  No need to worry, as we've included some questions and answers below regarding this change.

When will this happen?

August 29th, 2023 will be the official transition date.  Invites sent and/or courses assigned on or after this date will be on our new platform.  


What will change for learners?

The look of our course platform will be the main difference they will notice.  Once the learner logs in and clicks Start on the course they will be taken to the new platform to complete the course.  Things such as downloading their card, updating their name, printing their receipt, etc. will all stay the same.  The course platform itself is the only thing currently being updated.


Will the amount I pay per voucher change?

The amount you pay for your vouchers will remain the same based on the agreed-upon price of your sales contract.  If you're unsure how much you pay per voucher you can contact our Support Manager.


How will this affect my group?

Your group as a whole will not be affected.  However, each new learner who joins our platform will be enrolled in our new courses.


Will my Admin Dashboard change?

Your Admin Dashboard will not change.  Invites will be sent and courses assigned the same way as before.


Will the sign-in page change?

Our sign-in page will not change.  You will still log in via our website using the "Sign In" option in the top right corner.


What will happen to learners in the process of completing their course?

If the learner has been assigned their course or accepted their invite on or before the 28th they will be enrolled through our old course platform.  However, if the course is not completed before the end of the 28th they will lose their course progress.  If the invitation is accepted and/or the course is assigned on or after the 29th they will be enrolled on our new platform which will function as normal. 


Will I need to do anything differently?
Nope! All the changes are happening on the backend with our talented Engineering and Development Teams.  No changes need to be made on your end.


What will happen to my current vouchers?

Your current voucher count will transfer over so you will not lose any unused vouchers.  Any vouchers previously purchased on your account will still be available.


What will happen to learners with pending invitations?

If course completion is needed quickly, we suggest they accept the invite and complete the course as soon as possible, no later than August 28th.  Any invitations accepted on or after August 29th will be on our new platform.  However, we suggest (if the course was recently assigned) that the learner wait until after the 29th of August to start.  If a course is started before the 29th, but not finished, they will lose all course progress.


Can I still assign new courses/invite new members?

Yes, you can assign vouchers at any point, however, we suggest waiting until the 29th if possible for our new course platform.  Learners who are assigned a course prior to the 29th must complete the course by then, or start over after the transition.
