Unable to Launch Course (International Learners)Updated 2 years ago
Unfortunately, some countries block access to our learning platform and/or website, which often causes our courses to not launch or prevents some learners from logging in. ACLS.com has no way of knowing which countries do and don't allow access as this is subject to change without notice to us.
We suggest using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as your browser on a home/personal internet connection.
Many of our international learners utilize a VPN (Virtual Private Network) on their device which sometimes resolves issues. A free VPN can be located and downloaded online through most search engines. However, even after adding a VPN, some learners are still unable to access the platform. This is due to the country of residency and specific blocks they may have for certain websites. Unfortunately, several countries have strict preferences about purchasing from the United States so they may prevent access to those companies.
If you currently have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) on your device then you can turn it on to spoof the IP Address of your device. If the issue persists then I'll be happy to submit a full refund.
If the issue persists, our Support Team will be happy to add a new enrollment as that sometimes resolves the issue.
