Vouchers for new members will not be removed from the list of available vouchers until the invite has been accepted and the account created.
Once they have created the account the voucher will no longer be available to assign. Some email providers (like Google and Yahoo) often send our emails directly to spam/junk folders so you may want to tell any members with pending invites to be expecting that email. Those emails will come from [email protected].
