We've provided some helpful information below regarding accepting your pending invitation!
It's important to note that if you already have an account you will not be able to create another one. You can follow these basic steps to connect your account to the group:
1. Click "Accept Invitation" in the email you received (you will be taken to a new window for step 2)
2. When prompted, Sign In to your account -OR- Create an account using your email
*You will now be connected to the group and your course will generate
3. Click "Start" on the course labeled "New Course"
4. Scroll down and click the orange "Start Course" button to launch.
You must follow this process for your course to load. If you sign in on our site without first accepting the invite your course will not be available. If you are unsure if you have an existing account, our Support Team will be happy to check for you.
*Some medical facilities have security settings & firewalls in place that may block this process. If this happens, you will want to accept your invitation from a personal or home internet connection without a VPN.
"I can't create an account!"
It's possible that you already have one. You can attempt to sign in after clicking "Accept Invitation" (if you think you know your password) or you can reach out to our Support Team. We can confirm if you already have an account and can even reset your password for you.
Once this process is done you will be ready to take your course! Click "Start" on the course labeled "New Course", then click the orange "Start Course" button to launch.
SIGN IN NOTE: To return to your account, group members will want to log in directly through our website (ACLS.com). After the "Accept Invitation," link has been used to set up the account/sign in it will no longer be valid. This link is just used to connect you to the group and does not serve as an official sign in link.
