If you are an employer or hiring agency looking to verify a certification card or course completion please reach out to our Support Team with the following information:

- Your name, the name of your organization, and your role there (if this information is included in your email signature then that will be sufficient)

- Providers' name as it appears on the certification card

- The course name on the card (ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc)

- The issue date

- The expiration date

- OR - You can email a copy of the certification card and just let us know it needs to be verified.  Please make sure you include your company information as well (if not included in your email signature).

Our team will then respond to verify if the card is valid or invalid along with our accreditation information.

NOTE: Our certification cards are not licenses and, therefore, will not contain disciplinary action of any kind.
