Clearing the cache in your browser is an excellent way to keep it healthy and running smoothly.  Even if you're not using our platform, it's a great habit to develop.  Clearing the cache will often eliminate certain issues and slow-running sites.  We suggest using Google Chrome as your browser on a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience while using our platform.

Below you'll find the steps for clearing your cache in Chrome:

  1. Open your Chrome browser
  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner (just below the X)
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Select "Privacy and Security" from the options on the left
  5. Click "Delete Browsing Data"
  6. Set the time range as "All Time"
  7. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  8. Click "Delete data"
  9. Close out your browser via the X in the top right to allow it to refresh, reopen Chrome and sign back into your account (or begin the checkout process) via our website.
  10. CLICK HERE to sign back into your account.
