If you have trouble submitting your exam, simply signing out of your account and then back in will often resolve that issue. Once signed back in, click Start on your course, go into Module #6, and click "Course Wrap-up" to expand, then click the Course Exam/"Take the Exam" section. Select the button labeled "Go to Quiz" to launch your exam.
Note: When exiting the course, your answers will be saved in the test.
Keep in mind that some medical/government/healthcare facilities have very strict security settings and firewalls in place and this may occasionally cause issues with our platform.
