My Course is UnavailableUpdated 3 days ago

After completing your purchase, there is sometimes a 2-5 minute delay in the system when adding the enrollment.  If you don't see your course when you log in after purchasing, we suggest waiting for a few minutes, logging out, then back in and your course should then be available.

If you are an existing learner on the platform, you may still see old enrollments which you've already completed.  New courses will be labeled with a yellow banner that says "New Course".

Nearly all of our enrollments are processed automatically, but some are processed manually by our Support Team which may add an extra delay.  If your account has been inactive for 3+ years, we may need to update our platform and add your enrollment manually.  Our Support Manager watches orders as they come in to ensure the enrollment is available on each account.
