Unable To CheckoutUpdated a year ago
Some learners have reported being unable to complete checkout. We sometimes see this issue when a customer is trying to make their purchase using a hospital/doctor's office/clinic internet network. If you are currently at work using the facility's internet and are unable to checkout then you will need to try purchasing from another device that doesn't use the facility's network/wifi. Many hospitals and medical facilities have firewalls and security settings in place that may block the purchasing process. If you are receiving a specific error please let us know and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Microsoft Edge typically causes issues for some customers.
If your card is not accepted or declined:
You'll want to contact your financial institution or credit card company. They may have flagged the purchase as a security measure. Unfortunately, once the order is blocked we have no access to the attempted transaction and cannot assist or manually process the order.
