If your account has been inactive for more than three years then our Engineering Team will need to reactivate it. This is done to prevent spam, old, and unused accounts from slowing down our platform. Please reach out to our Support Team to have this task completed. The resolution time is typically within the same business day.
If you simply forgot your password then our Support Team will be happy to reset it for you. If you are a brand new learner to the platform you should've received an email to set your password, however, our emails sometimes go to spam.
You'll also want to make sure you use the same email address to sign in with which you placed your order. If you attempt to reset your password for an email not associated with your account you will not receive the password reset email. Our Support Team will be happy to confirm the email with which you purchased and will be happy to reset your password, if needed.
