Welcome!  We're so excited that you're here and appreciate your choosing ACLS.com for your certification needs!  Our Support Manager has worked day & night to get this Help Center released and it was designed with YOU in mind.

We aim to offer top-notch support with lightening fast responses like you've never had before!  Our new Help Center makes that more possible by providing 24/7 support for our valued learners with answers to some of the most commonly asked questions we hear.  Have a question or need information after our office has closed?  No worries, just visit our Help Center!

We've created sections that include articles based on a variety of topics.  For example, the "Skills Evaluation" section has all of the common questions we receive about our skills evaluation process such as "How do I complete the skills evaluation?".

On the homepage of our Help Center (found here) you can also search for specific keywords or questions to locate helpful articles, but if you have any questions that aren't covered in our Help Center, please let us know so we can continue to build the knowledge base.
