We are proud to partner with Fast Pace Health to provide their staff with ACLS and BLS certification courses. You'll find helpful information below as you get started.
First, we suggest using a laptop or desktop computer on a home or personal internet connection (without a VPN enabled), as some medical facilities block parts of our site and may restrict your access to the platform.
To accept your invite:
1. You may receive a separate email from [email protected] with the subject "Course enrollment invitation." Click "click this link to redeem" within the email. 
If you do not receive an email, go to acls.com, and click on Login in the upper-right corner.
2. Sign in if you already have an account, or create an account if you don't. If you have an account but don't remember your password, click on Forgot Credentials to reset your password or send an email to [email protected] asking them to do so. If you click on Forgot Credentials, please note that you will receive a follow-up email from [email protected]. This email is not SPAM.
3. Once you've signed into your account, you'll be connected to the group, and you can start your course.
How do I get started?
You can always return to our platform and sign in via www.ACLS.com (click Sign In in the top-right corner). Once signed in, you will be taken to your "My Courses" homepage, which will show all of your available courses. Click on the course icon link for the course you wish to begin.
I need a different course.
The ACLS.com support team is unable to make enrollment decisions for Fast Pace. If you feel this enrollment was done by mistake, need a different course, or need additional information, you can contact the Learning & Development Team ([email protected]) or the Orientation Coordinator for additional assistance.
I already completed my course somewhere else.
If you have already completed your course through a different organization, you'll need to provide your updated certification card to your employer. This can be done in Paycom per your employer. For additional assistance on uploading your card, please refer to the Pulse page titled "How to Upload Certifications in Paycom."
Do I need a skills evaluation?
Fast Pace does not currently require the hands-on portion for its employees.
My healthcare role isn't listed in the CME/CE Information form.
If your healthcare role isn't provided, you can select Other as your healthcare role at the bottom of the dropdown list.
What do I choose for my accrediting body?
As a Fast Pace employee, you'll select PIM as your accrediting body.
I finished the course, but I can't find my card.
How do I download my card?
Once all modules are complete and your card is generated, click on "Download Certificate Card" to download your card. You will then need to upload your new card in Paycom.
