Thanks for choosing ACLS.com for your certification needs! We're excited to help you get started and happy to answer any questions.  After you purchase your course, you receive a "Get Started" email with details to access your course.  Didn't receive an email from us? Check your spam/junk folder.


How do I get started after placing my order?

If you are a new learner on our platform: You will receive an email from "ACLS.com Support" to set your password for the first time.  If you have trouble with this process, we will be happy to set your password for you.  You can then log in on our site with the email used to purchase and your new password to access your course. You'll then click "Start" on the course tile labeled with "New Course" to begin. 

If you are an existing learner on our platform: Since you already have an account, you can sign in at www.acls.com with the email address used to place your order. You'll then click "Start" on the course tile labeled with "New Course" to begin. You will not receive an email to set your password since you set one when you created your account.  If you need help resetting your password, we'll be happy do that for you.  You can also CLICK HERE to sign in.

On a mobile device, visit our site and click the menu button in the top right corner to select Sign In.  This menu option looks like three small lines.  We recommend NOT using the Canvas Student app to access your course as we are unable to provide support for the app.


How do I launch the course?
Once logged in, you'll see a course tile with a "New Course" banner.  Click Start, scroll down, and click the orange Start Course button.  You'll continue via the Next button in the bottom right corner of each page.

If you don't see an orange "Start Course" button you can also click the blue "Go To Course" button and this will launch your course.

Should I use a specific browser?
We suggest using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (on Apple devices) as your browser on a personal or home internet connection preferably using a desktop or laptop computer.  Keep in mind that some medical facilities have certain network security measures & firewalls that may block access to parts of our platform. We recommend NOT using the Canvas Student app.


Where is my card?
Upon completion of all the modules within your course (including the Survey and the Course Completion module), your certification card can be found in the Documents & Certifications section of your account. CLICK HERE for instructions on downloading your card after program completion.

For your card to generate the last module labeled "Provider Card & CME/CE Information" must be completed after the exam & survey.
